STUPID MISTAKE CAUSED CRASH?

One pilot asked the other why he "turned off the fuel supply," to which the second pilot replied that he did not do so.

The preliminary investigation into the Air India plane crash revealed that both engine fuel control switches were turned to the "off" position shortly after takeoff, according to the Indian Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau.

The crew tried to restart one of the engines but could not stop the rapid deceleration of the plane before it crashed into a busy medical campus.
