Give totally market-illiterate people their first taste of unfettered markets,
First thing they do is totally wreck themselves on the worst scams
Crypto’s first 15 years explained
Funny that the best antidote to scams seems to give people more experience with getting wrecked by markets rather than “protecting” them by totally preventing them from using markets

Woke “science” in action
Paper claims to have disproven what has long been called of the most widely-confirmed findings in all of social science: that increased years of women's schooling is the single strongest cause behind the drop in fertility.
Study points to the UK’s 1972 increase in required schooling years.
Problem? That change was not rolled out in 1 single year, as the paper strongly suggests, but rather slowly over the preceeding decade.
Problem 2? The age was shifted from 15 to 16, still very young for having children, even back then.
Problem 3? Despite the pages of data, there it’s lacking the most basic piece of data, how many students stayed until 16 in each of the 2 cohorts.
Problem 4? This thing calls itself a “working paper”, rather than normal paper, to more easily deflect blame for its massive BS. Still a work in progress bro!
Woke science in action.
D-tier scientists getting famous by competing to create the biggest blatant lies, under the guise of “science”.
