This follows the largest monthly increase in history of +$87 billion in June.
Margin debt has risen by +$400 billion, or +67%, over the last 2 years, even outpacing the market's rally.

NEW: Helicopter crashes into a lake while trying to scoop up water to fight a forest fire in France.
The pilot was seen dropping too quickly to fill the bucket, with the chopper's tail submerging into the water.
According to local authorities, the two men in the helicopter were able to get out and make it to the shore unharmed.
The helicopter had reportedly completed 27 water drops before the crash.
