(2) Early 2000s hip-hop culture IS American culture, in a million ways. Do they have that in Africa? No. It always was extremely American.

(3) Things were MUCH BETTER, culture-wise, back when the hip hop culture was at its peak in the early 2000s, and arguably that was right at the anti-commie peak, between the 60s commie surge and the new commie surge we’re declining into today.
