A serious assault was reported near Broadway and West 50th Street in Midtown Manhattan around 6:50 p.m. Wednesday.
Police called a Level 1 mobilization in response to the incident, which occurred in the transit system.
Victim was assaulted and assisted on 50th street 1 train, while police searching for suspect on 86th and Lexington for possible connected scene
