Cash bond was set at $10,000 in July. In August, it was lowered to $7,500.
In February 2021 it was adjusted all the way down to $500.00That cash bond was posted in May.
Six months later he murdered six people and injured 62 at the parade.
There was a GoFundMe to raise bail money for this monster.
Five days ago Brooks requested another extension to appeal.
