(3) Repeat with many people in parallel, collecting the amount of the supposed bill many times over, far more in total than the supposed bill amount
More to it, but basically that, asking for emergency money from a bunch of people
Over the years have met girls from all over the world saying they use basically this technique
90% of the time it’s girls using it, since this works best for girls, but it’s not always girls
