Lavrov praises Taliban terrorists for their "fight against terrorism"

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the Taliban had achieved "remarkable success" in fighting ISIS terrorists.

He also praised them for "combating drug production," noting that, "like Russia," they had banned the cultivation of opium poppies.
