The Pentagon's ex-UFO chief has made sensational claims he was gagged from revealing top secret information on alien life.

Sean Kirkpatrick, the former director of the US Department of Defence's UFO task force, demanded a whole range of bombshell files be released so the public can truly see what is going on.

He said his bosses within the Pentagon stopped him speaking the truth to the public on multiple occasions, despite him having evidence to support his findings.

The physicist, who served as the UFO chief for a year, said he felt that his department wasn’t allowed to reveal enough information about mysterious aircraft.

Following the rejection of Peter Navarro’s request for release pending appeal of his criminal contempt conviction, the former Trump White House aide criticized the report from special counsel Robert Hur stating that Biden would not be prosecuted for the classified documents discovered in his garage.

The co-defendant who first accused Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis (D) of being romantically involved with the outside lawyer she appointed to lead the Georgia election interference case against former president Donald Trump and his allies challenged her account of when the relationship began.

In a late Friday motion, an attorney for Mike Roman, a longtime Republican operative who worked on Trump’s 2020 campaign, said that special prosecutor Nathan Wade’s former law partner will testify that Willis and Wade’s romantic relationship began before he was named to the case. Terrence Bradley — Wade’s former business associate, friend and onetime attorney — will “refute” claims Willis and Wade made in a court filing last week in which they admitted to a personal relationship but claimed it began after Wade was appointed to lead the Trump investigation.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis failed to take service of a House Judiciary Committee subpoena over email, requiring the U.S. Marshals Service to hand deliver it to her personally, the Daily Caller has learned.

The House Judiciary Committee sent a subpoena to Willis on Feb. 2 for documents germane to her potential misuse of federal funds related to her indictment of former President Donald Trump. Willis did not accept the subpoena after it was emailed to her, causing the U.S. Marshals Service to have to serve the subpoena to her themselves, a source familiar with the matter told the Daily Caller.

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s strongly worded motion requesting that Judge Aileen Cannon reconsider an order unsealing the names and statements of some witnesses in the Mar-a-Lago documents case against President Trump could be a harbinger of an even more dramatic move to remove her from the case.

Mr. Smith warns that Judge Cannon’s order would “disclose the identities of numerous potential witnesses, along with the substance of the statements they made to the FBI or the grand jury, exposing them to significant and immediate risks of threats, intimidation, and harassment.” 

The special counsel declares that Judge Cannon, who was appointed by Mr. Trump, “applied the wrong legal standard” in deciding to publicly docket the information in respect of the case’s witnesses. This would be a shocking mistake, even for a novice jurist. She insists that the government demonstrate a “compelling interest” to keep the information redacted. He insists that he must only show “good cause.”
