Das Wahlrecht für Menschen mit Behinderung bedeutet aus demokratietheoretischer Sicht ein Fortschritt, auch wenn es gemessen an der Gesamtbevölkerung in der Schweiz eher ein symbolischer Schritt zu mehr Inklusion ist.
