Es hatte sich in den letzten Tagen angekündigt. Zum zweiten Mal innert 3 Jahren greift Aserbaidschan die Region Berg-Karabach an. Wiederum fliegt der Konflikt unter dem Radar. War es 2020 noch die Pandemie, so liegt diesmal der Krieg um die Ukraine im Fokus. Deshalb nützt der Diktator in Baku mit gütiger Mithilfe von Erdogan gerade die günstige Gelegenheit, da Armeniens "Schutzmacht" Russland mit anderem beschäftigt ist.

Ein erster Schritt hin zu mehr Transparenz. Aber bereits jetzt zeichnet sich ab, dass Schlupflöcher ausgenützt werden.
