Als eines der letzten europäischen Länder hat die Schweiz ein Gesetz zur Wahlkampffinanzierung erhalten. Dieses wird nun bei den Wahlen im Herbst erstmals wirksam. Ein erster Schritt hin zu mehr Transparenz. Aber bereits jetzt zeichnet sich ab, dass Schlupflöcher ausgenützt werden.
