Donation for support affected people by police brutality in Silvester

Dear All,
As you may have heard, Germany's war on freedom of opinion and protest has intensified in the last months, especially against Palestinian voices and voices of people and organizations in solidarity against the bloodshed in Gaza. Berlin is leading this brutal assault on our rights.
This was very apparent on the night between the years when several people ended up in need of medical care due to the extreme racist police violence reining the streets.
One of them was a dear person who tried to help two teenage girls to get to safety. The two girls were wearing headscarves in the colors of the Palestinian flag. They were attacked by the police who demanded they uncover their hair arguing this was an antisemitic symbol. Unwilling to undress for the police, the two girls were in apparent distress. The police tried to remove their headcover by force when our friend came to help them. In response to this, they were thrown to the ground and beaten up brutally.
After three days of being physically restrained and medicated against their will, they were released from the hospital with a severe concussion, broken nose, broken ribs, and an arm that was fractured in two different places.
Due to ableism and racism, they had to pay for their horrific treatment by the hospital before being released.
At the moment, they are dependent on the help of friends to survive the next weeks and do not have the means to pay for their housing, as well as further essential needs. The process of healing will be long, and the signs of trauma are apparent already now. In addition to the physical and mental recovery, they are under a lot of stress due to the extra financial burden put on them by the hospital bill.
Thus, on behalf of this lovely person, we are collecting money to help them cover January's rent and living costs.
Please share this call for financial support, and if you have the means, please donate so our comrade, and sibling, does not have to experience housing and food insecurity in addition to the ableist and racist violence of the German state. Even small donations will help us to support this brave comrade, even 3/5/10€ is already a great support!
Thank you all!

birthrates going down isn't a problem for humanity, moreso than it's a problem for a made-up economic system that can only sustain itself based on growth.
