🚬The United Kingdom is gearing up to ban disposable e-cigarettes as part of its effort to tackle youth vaping. While several dozen countries have already outlawed single-use vapes, Switzerland, being the home to major tobacco companies, doesn't seem inclined to follow suit just yet.

Did you know that e-cigarettes containing nicotine are currently treated as a regular commodity under Swiss law? That means they don't face the same restrictions as conventional cigarettes.

🔞But things are changing. Although an outright ban on disposable vapes isn't on the agenda, starting from June 2024, e-cigarettes will fall under the new Federal Act on Tobacco Products and Electronic Cigarettes, prohibiting their sale or marketing to those under 18.
