📚Vergangene Woche ist die 15. Ausgabe von „Banking on Climate Chaos“ erschienen. Der Bericht zeigt, dass die UBS die globale Nr. 10 Geldgeberin von Kohle, Öl und Gas ist! Gemeinsam mit der CS hat sie seit 2016 über 210 Milliarden Dollar in die fossile Industrie gepumpt. Vergangenes Jahr waren es 8.8. Milliarden, davon gingen 2.7 Mrd. in Unternehmen, die ihr fossiles Geschäft weiter ausbauen 🤯.
🌅 Ein kleiner Lichtblick gibt es aber dennoch: Die jährlichen Investitionen sind stark zurückgegangen. Das zeigt, dass der Druck der Schweizer Klimabewegung wirkt ✊🫶!

Most agree that working long hours is exhausting. But it wasn't always that way. Learning how our ancestors worked before the introduction of mechanical clocks, might inform us on how we can improve living conditions for many.
Do we choose to collectively bargain for it?
