On Dec 1, at midnight UTC, dydx will unlock 150M tokens, allocated to investors, founders, and employees. With a total valuation of $500M, dydx team has made decision to transfer these tokens to the dydx chain before their official unlocking, they cannot be transferred back to Ethereum.

Furthermore, these tokens on the dydx chain can't be sold until any major centralized exchange supports the migration.
