Anyway, rose has a built in antispam, to protect her from situations where people might spam her to try and take her down (it happens a lot)

So if you send too many messages, in too short a period of time, rose starts to ignore the chat. Only blacklists/antiflood/locks remain active (the chat protection features)

Rose uses telegram permissions where possible, and telegram doesn't support timed group-wide permission changes :/
