oke ges, ternyata problemnya bukan di xml, timestamp, atau reprocessing filenya, tapi emang dari server wa yg ngelimit, yaa gimana namanya juga heroku wajar aja ga di cloud😒

update: WhatsApp cmn limit Video dgn bitrate gede dan framerate (60), buat saat ini, 30fps masih work
