The Open Network has completed a vote, which resulted in validators deciding to block the funds of inactive early Toncoin miners.
In total, more than a billion Toncoins will be frozen on the Network in 171 wallets - that's 20% of all TON issuance. The lock-in period will be 4 years.
The decision will be a guarantee that at least for the next 4 years this huge amount of coins in the hands of units will not be used for manipulation.
