Telegram has announced the launch of a contest to create new icons for its mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms.

Participants are invited to design unique icons that can be offered to users in addition to the current standard icon sets in both apps. The prize pool for the contest is $10,000.

Contestants must create at least one icon customized for both operating systems and follow the specified design guidelines for each platform. All icons must be based on the core form of the Telegram logo, and it is also specifically noted that the use of generative AI is strictly prohibited.
