Bridging between blockchains is complex, and our primary concern is safety and security, especially in light of issues that other projects have had in recent weeks and months.

Early Access to BSC Bridge🙏

Dear DVI Holders,

Since we launched the Ethereum to Binance Smart Chain (BSC) MultiBaas Bridge for the DVI token in partnership with Curvegrid several weeks ago, we have been putting it through its paces and preparing to open it to our wider community. But you should know, that bridging between blockchains is complex, and our primary concern is the safety and security of all the involved stakeholders, especially in light of issues that other projects have had in recent weeks and months.

Thus, we decided that keeping the bridge fully locked is not our goal and it has always been a priority for us to open it up for wider usage. However, we came up with a solution to provide limited access for the interested parties on a first-come-first-serve basis. We acknowledge the fact that this solution might not be the best one objectively, however after thorough review and analysis, weighing all the pros and cons, we came to a conclusion that this is the most optimal solution to both provide fairness and avoid selective bias.

Hence, we will be opening up the bridge in a staged manner, and we will be inviting members of our community to sign up for early access through a certain application, where you will have to provide the basic information (details will be provided later) in order to access the bridge through the waiting list. Each stage will grant an incremental number of participants access to the bridge according to the access list provided by Dvision and assessment by Curvegrid as to how many participants the bridge can handle (1st batch: 20 / 2nd batch: 50 / 3rd batch: 100 and etc.).

As mentioned above, we are planning to provide access for the interested parties, yet in batches (20 people can access in the first batch), and there's going to be a waiting period before we allow the next batch (50 people) to access the bridge, this is needed in order to assess the stability & performance of the bridge. Please stay tuned for the next announcement and for additional information. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we know this is just one step along our journey to our goal of creating the Dvision Metaverse.
