⋆ F(x) > style terus tinggal pilih effect "Waterdrop (Rounded)". Anyway, maaf effectnya kurang keliatan disini ya. Saya salah waktu nge- settings nya (or it's probably because of the font too). Feel free to adjust the settings the way you wanted!
⋆ Step one :
Bikin text nya dulu, jangan lupa langsung tambahin effect emboss nya.
⋆ Step two :
Add new layer, pilih Lasso tool terus gambar pola random sesuai kemauan kamu.

Habis bikin selection area nya pakai Lasso Tool, add new layer terus warnain layer baru tersebut. Kalo udah selesai, jangan lupa remove selection area nya ya.
Ps : Karena Lasso Tool ini fungsinya buat seleksi area yang udah di lasso, kalian bisa warnain sebebas mungkin tanpa takut warnanya keluar dari area yang udah di seleksi.

Duplicate layer yang udah dikasih effect waterdrop tadi. Di layer yang udah di duplicate, pilih blending mode : lighter color terus set opacity nya jadi 75%. And you're all done!
