⋆ Pertama, buka website Photopea.com terus import foto yang mau kamu edit. (File > Open > Pilih foto yang kamu mau).
⋆ Setelah diimport, click Layer dan duplicate layer foto yang tadi. (Layer > Duplicate Layer).

⋆ Di layer yang udah di duplicate tadi, pilih Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Atur radius blurnya sampai 10px atau sesuai kemauan kamu. Makin tinggi radius blurnya, makin tebal effect dreamynya.
