ችግሩን በመፍታት የተቋረጠውን ኃይል ወደነበረበት ለመመለስ በኃይል ማመንጫዎች እና በማከፋፈያ ጣቢያዎች ከፍተኛ ርብርብ እየተደረገ ነው ብሏል።
የተፈጠረው ችግር እስኪፈታ ድረስ ደንበኞች በትዕግስት እንዲጠባበቁ ጠይቆ፤ ያሉትን መረጃዎች በፍጥነት የሚያሳውቅ መሆኑንም ገልጿል።
