i went from 5% bodyfat to 11% in a few days

scale either is wrong or the sandwhich of canned tuna in sunoil with mayonaise and olive oil is to blame

i have a new job (grocerry store so nothing comlplicated) tommorw and i havent done the online mandatory training nor have i acces to my schedule.
