When pain is seen rather than resisted, the body becomes a mirror instead of a prison. This essay explores how Insight meditation and Jhāna—the luminous absorption of awareness—reshape not only pain but perception itself.

Drawing from Theravāda and Vajrayana Buddhism, predictive processing, and modern neuroscience, it argues that pain arises from perceptual prediction errors—and that through contemplative insight, these distortions can dissolve. If awareness can modulate pain, perhaps it can also modulate reality.

Like Plato’s cave or Hawking’s goldfish gazing through its curved bowl, we live inside our own perceptual curvature. Insight straightens the glass. Jhāna unveils experientally what was always there: a reality empty of a distance between perceiver and perceived yet radiant with bliss.

This study reclaims physis-therapeia in the science of physiotherapy—healing through attunement to nature’s self-ordering intelligence—where awareness itself becomes both medicine and revelation.

There are only 4 Pillars: Chaos, Logos, Cosmos, and Psyche.

Chaos is the undifferentiated substance. It is what "is".

Logos is the "ordering principle" that interacts with Chaos and gives rise to Cosmos.

Cosmos is Nature (the Universe) the World(s) with which we live, breathe, and have our Being in.

Psyche (Consciousness/Mind) is a Universal principle directly stitched into all creation(cosmos).

These 4 Pillars: Chaos, Logos, Cosmos, and Psyche are non-emanatory. They are "Equiprimordial" and arise together. All other forms of dimensionality or world building and maintenance comes after. All hierarchy of Being (Elemental, Human, Daemon, Angel, God, Archon. Etc.) happens after.

Robert Monroe the originator of the “Loosh” concept allowed his idea to gain a life of its own and spread troughout the new age movement.
