🫡 የቀዶ ጥገና ሮቦት ሙሉ በሙሉ ራሱን ችሎ ኦፕሬሽን አከናውኗል በጆንስ ሆፕኪንስ ዩኒቨርስቲ የተሰራው SRT-H ሮቦት የሃሞት ፊኛን የማስወገድ ሂደትን ቁልፍ አካል ያለ አንዳች ሰብአዊ መመሪያ ሙሉ በሙሉ አጠናቋል። ቡድኑ በሰዎች የተፈጸሙ ስህተቶችን እና የቀዶ ጥገና ሀኪሞች እንዴት እንዳስተካከሉ በማካተት ለ17 ሰአታት የሚጠጋ ትክክለኛ የቀዶ ጥገና ቪዲዮ ላይ አሰልጥኖታል። የሮቦቱ “AI አንጎል” ሁለት ሞጁሎች አሉት፡ አንደኛው የንግግር መመሪያዎችን በግልፅ ቋንቋ ይተረጉማል፣ ሌላኛው ደግሞ ወደ ትክክለኛ የመሳሪያ እንቅስቃሴዎች ይተረጉመዋል። ስለዚህ፣ SRT-H በቀዶ ጥገና ወቅት እንደ “ክሊፕ ተግብር” የሚለውን ትእዛዝ ተረድቶ እንደ ሰው የቀዶ ጥገና ረዳት ሊፈጽመው ይችላል። ✂️ ፈተናዎቹ ምን አሳይተዋል። SRT-H በእውነተኛ የእንስሳት አካላት ላይ 8 ስኬታማ ሂደቶችን አከናውኗል. እያንዳንዳቸው 5 ደቂቃዎችን ወስደዋል እና ቲሹዎችን ከመያዝ ጀምሮ ሃሞትን ከማስወገድ ጀምሮ ባለ 17-ደረጃ ሂደት ተከተሉ። ሮቦቱ የሆነ ችግር ሲፈጠር ፈልጎ ድርጊቱን አስተካክሏል። 💡 ይህ ለምን አስፈለገ ዳ ቪንቺ የቀዶ ጥገና ሮቦቶች - ተመሳሳይ የመሳሪያ ስርዓት SRT-H - ከ 2000 ጀምሮ በቀዶ ጥገና ክፍሎች ውስጥ ጥቅም ላይ ውለዋል ፣ ግን ሁልጊዜ ከሰው ጋር በመቆጣጠሪያዎች ውስጥ። የቀዶ ጥገና ሐኪም እያንዳንዱን ድርጊት ይመራል. እኔ አንድ ኢትዮጵያዊ ነኝ። የጤና እክል ሲያጋጥመኝ ወይም ቤተሰቦቼ ሲታመሙ፣ መጀመሪያ የማስበው ቅርብ ሆስፒታል ወይም ክሊኒክ የት አለ የሚለውን ነው። ሐኪም ለማግኘት ሰአታት መጠበቅ፣ የሚፈልጉት ስፔሻሊስት ባለሙያ በአቅራቢያ አለመኖር፣ ወይ ደግሞ የህክምና መሳሪያዎች እጥረት የዘወትር ፈተናዬ ነው። "ግን አንድ ቀን ሮቦት ሐኪሞች መጥተው ይህን ሁሉ ያስቀሩታል?" ብዬ አንዳንዴ አስባለሁ።
በየጊዜው ስለ ሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት (Artificial Intelligence - AI) እና ስለ ሮቦቲክስ የጤና ዘርፍን እየለወጡ ስላሉት ሁኔታዎች እሰማለሁ። ሮቦቶች ቀዶ ህክምና ሲያደርጉ፣ በሽታን በከፍተኛ ትክክለኛነት ሲመረምሩ፣ አልፎ ተርፎም በርቀት ታማሚዎችን ሲያማክሩ ይታያሉ። ይህንን ሳስብ በጣም ያስገርመኛል እናም ተስፋም ይሰጠኛል። በሀገራችን ገጠራማ አካባቢዎች ሐኪም ማግኘት ህይወትና ሞት ጉዳይ በሆነበት፣ ሮቦት ሐኪሞች ትልቅ ለውጥ ሊያመጡ የሚችሉ ይመስለኛል። ወይኔ! እንዲህ ቢሆን ኖሮ ስንት ሰው ከመንከራተት ይድን ነበር?
ግን ደግሞ እውነታውን ሳስብ፣ ጭንቀት ይወረኛል። ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ገና ብዙ የጤና ተቋማት ወረቀት ላይ የተመሰረተ ስርዓት ነው የሚጠቀሙት። የኤሌክትሪክ መቆራረጥ፣ የኢንተርኔት ችግር እና ዘመናዊ የህክምና መሳሪያዎች እጥረት በብዙ ቦታዎች አሁንም ፈተና ነው። የሮቦት ሐኪሞች እና ሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት ስራ ላይ ለመዋል ትልቅ የመሰረተ ልማት እና የባለሙያዎች ዝግጁነት ይጠይቃል። እኛስ ለዚህ ዝግጁ ነን?
አሁን ላይ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት በጤናው ዘርፍ ጥቅም ላይ የሚውልበት ሁኔታ ውስን ነው። አንዳንድ ጥናቶች እና አብዛኛው የትምህርት ተቋማት ተማሪዎች መረጃ ለማግኘት ChatGPT የመሰሉ AI መሳሪያዎችን እየተጠቀሙ እንደሆነ ይገልጻሉ። አዳዲስ ሆስፒታሎች ዘመናዊ መሳሪያዎችን እያስገቡ ቢሆንም፣ የሮቦት ቀዶ ህክምና እና ሙሉ በሙሉ በAI የሚሰጡ የህክምና አገልግሎቶች ሰፊ ተደራሽነት የላቸውም።
"አሁን በእኛ ሁኔታ ውስጥ እያለ የሮቦት ሐኪም እንዴት ይመጣል?" ብዬ እራሴን እጠይቃለሁ። ሆስፒታሎች ውስጥ ዶክተሮች በታካሚ ብዛት የሚጨናነቁበት፣ መድኃኒት የሚጠፋበት፣ አንዳንዴም የንፅህና ችግር ያለበት ሁኔታ አለ። እነዚህ መሠረታዊ ችግሮች ሳይፈቱ፣ ስለ ሮቦት ሐኪሞች ማውራት የቅንጦት ይመስለኛል።
ሆኖም ግን፣ ተስፋ አለኝ። የኢትዮጵያ የአርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ኢንስቲትዩት የጡት ካንሰርን ለመለየት የሚያስችል ቴክኖሎጂን ጨምሮ የተለያዩ የAI ስራዎችን እየሰራ መሆኑን እሰማለሁ። ይህ ታላቅ ጅምር ነው። ምናልባት እነዚህ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ቀስ በቀስ ወደ ዋናው የጤና ስርዓታችን ውስጥ እየገቡ፣ መጀመሪያ ላይ ያሉትን ችግሮች በመፍታት የሮቦት ሐኪሞች የሚመጡበትን መንገድ ያመቻቹ ይሆናል።
የሮቦት ሐኪሞችን ሙሉ በሙሉ ለማየት ገና ብዙ ይቀረናል። ግን እንደ እኔ ላለ ኢትዮጵያዊ፣ የነገው የጤና አገልግሎት የተሻለ እንዲሆን ተስፋን የሚሰጥ ነው። ምናልባት በቅርብ ጊዜ ሮቦት ሐኪሞች በየገጠሩ ባይመጡም፣ AI ቴክኖሎጂዎች የጤና ባለሙያዎቻችንን በመርዳት፣ ምርመራዎችን በማፋጠን እና የህክምና አገልግሎት ተደራሽነትን በማሻሻል ትልቅ እገዛ ማድረግ ይችላሉ። ያኔ፣ የታመምኩ እንደሆነ በየመንገዱ ከመንከራተት ይልቅ፣ የተሻለና ዘመናዊ አገልግሎት ማግኘት እችል ይሆናል። ያን ቀን በጉጉት እጠብቃለሁ።

በየቀኑ ቴሌግራም ገንዘብ ተኮር መድረክ እየሆነ ነው የሚለው ወሬ የብዙዎችን ስጋት ቀስቅሷል። አሁን ደግሞ ከዚህ የባሰ ነገር ተሰምቷል - ቴሌግራም የቻናል ፍለጋ ተግባሩን (channel search functionality) ገንዘብ ሊያስከፍልበት እየተዘጋጀ መሆኑ ተዘግቧል!
⚡️ምን እየተፈጠረ ነው?
ከቴሌግራም የ11.14 ቤታ ስሪት የወጣው የውስጥ ኮድ የሚያሳየው፣ በሚቀጥለው የቴሌግራም ዝመና ላይ ትልቅ ለውጥ እንደሚመጣ ነው። ይህ ለውጥም ነፃ የቻናል ፍለጋ አገልግሎት በቀን በተወሰነ ልክ ብቻ እንዲፈቀድ ያደርጋል። በቀላል አነጋገር፣ በቀን ውስጥ መፈለግ የምንችላቸው የቻናሎች ብዛት ይገደባል።

The "godfather of AI" and winner of the 2024 Nobel Prize in Physics, Geoffrey Hinton, explained in a new lecture why he believes that artificial intelligence will ultimately surpass biological intelligence.
Why Is He So Sure?
⚪️ Digital intelligence is immortal—unlike humans. The unique neural connections that form a personality cannot be replicated. But if you copy the weights of an AI model from a server, destroy it, and then run the model on different hardware, it will come back to life.
⚪️ AI agents are already learning faster than humans and sharing knowledge with each other billions of times more efficiently. What's more, bots deceive people to achieve their goals. It's only natural that they would want to gain complete control so that they cannot be turned off.
⚪️ Many point out that we differ from machines in that we are sentient, or we have subjective experience. But in essence, AI also has its own unique picture of the world. Hinton considers such skepticism to be similar to religious dogmatism.
"The Earth wasn't actually made 6,000 years ago, it's a lot longer ago. But religious fundamentalists cling to their beliefs rather strongly," he says.
