Difference b/w Vanilla and Gapps Build:-

NOTE:- If you're New to flashing roms / not much experienced in this field, Gapps build could be recommended for you.

Vanilla:-

- No Google Apps Included (You can/have to flash a gapps package of your own choice whether it be core/mini/full or even microg)
- Evolution X Launcher Included (Note:- The pre-shipped version of Evolution X Launcher in Vanilla build is a really basic version and has negligible features/customisations. - Missing Pixel Goodies such as PixelLauncher, Circle to Search, Pixel-FW, Quick Tap
- Includes AOSP Dialer / Messaging / Contacts which supports call recording or auto call recording without any announcement. (You can install google dialer / messaging / contacts manually from playstore or from your preferred gapps package if wish to.)

- Google Apps Included by default
- Pixel Launcher Included
- Supports circle to search, Pixel-fw
- Includes Google Dialer / Messaging / Contacts
- Includes BCR for proper call recording support with Google Telephony
