Constantly talking about your money and how you spend it and talking about it next to ME, a girl from a third word country who barely survived that hell hole and couldn’t afford to buy new clothes for three whole years because my mom kept on telling me “we won’t have enough money for the airplane ticket”.

I’m sorry like, there’s a difference between talking about something you bought and a difference between flexing your money 24/7.

I’m getting emotional over this shit lol then she got mad at me for telling her that someone can’t be racist to white people. You know why? Because white people (Europeans and Americans) are accepted everywhere they go. They have no idea about what it means to not have rights. Wherever they go, they are socially loved and accepted and have higher chances of everything they do.

POC, do not. We are considered “lower”. No matter what we do, we will always be considered as the slumps. Black people. Asian people. Brown people. Whatever we do, we have to fight for acceptance. We have to fight to be liked. We have to fight for basic respect. We have to fight to speak our language outside of our country and we have to do twice as much as the normal people anywhere in the world. White people, do not have to do that. And I’m not saying this in a way to say I think white people shouldn’t exist 💀 I’m saying this because we simply have inequality and you very simply cannot discriminate against white people, because they haven’t received any sort of hate throughout the generations. They’ve been loved and set as the social norm.

I’m so tired of being considered lower just because of where I come from lol I’ll always be the brown Middle Eastern fish out of water no matter where I go because I’m simply not enough for white people and their social standards.

I’ll never forget when my European/slavic friend complimented my shoes and I told him I bought them from Iran only for him to say “I thought people in Iran were so poor they didn’t even have shoes to walk with”
