Oh god this is gonna take me a while to type in I’m sorry

Name: Cinella “Da Rinascita”
Age: somewhere around her mid twenties

She’s my oc from Wuthering Waves! There’s a region called Rinascita inspired by Italian and Spanish culture, and this lovely lady here is Italian-British and I’d say with a hint of Russian heritage. She’s a circus performer and ringleader of the Rinascita Grand Circus.

Her body parts - specifically her legs, arms, a part of her torso and a part of her chest - are mechanical. Such as the picture tagged. The reason for this was due to a horrible fire caused by Tacet Discords that literally got half her limbs chopped up. She met an old scientist who offered to help her get her limbs back… but in mechanical form. She learnt mechanics through him and could finally move again. She moved to Rinascita (hence her last name being Da Rinascita which is “From Rinascita” in Italian, similar to how Furina is “Furina De Fontaine” which is “from Fontaine”) in order to start a new life. She met Brant in Rinascita and joined the Fools Troupes, but her main work is at the circus. She’s the ring leader. Now, this circus isn’t any… “normal” circus. The audience as they come to see the show, often leave with no memory of being there.

The truth is, Cinella uses the energy and memory of the audience in order to fuel her mechanical puppets that she created. These robots help her with battle (yes her gameplay during her ult has puppets that will attack for you, so similar to Furina.)

See the bone thing on the fully mechanical leg? Full of green and purple liquid? Cinella calls this “Dream liquid”. The energy absorbed from people. She can manifest them into a type of liquid to get her limbs - and her puppets - moving more fluidly.

So that’s why she says “whatever happens in the freak show, stays in the freak show”

She’s also notorious for stealing from the Montelli bank…

Her personality is… well, more or less of an act. But in reality she’s really chill and laid back

Oh and here when she says “have you ever seen a Circus, Rover?” I’d like to think she’s referring to the fact that maybe Rover is also playing an act unknowingly. I mean, Rover IS the mc, so the mc is playing in the game

She’s aware I suppose

ALSOOOO I may as well just add her name is inspired by Pulcinella which is a character from Commedia Dell’arte

A servant, Pulcinella is often depicted as a jester or clown. He is a cunning, self-serving chatterbox
