روش من اینطوریه:
۱. توی حالتی بخواب که دستات و پاهات‌به جاهای بدنت دست نمیزنن به حالت پروانه‌ای بخواب میدونی
۲. به دستات یه نگاهی خوبی بنداز و چند بار بمال دستاتو به هم تا حس کنی انگشتاتو. قبل خواب تعداد انگشتاتو بشمار و به دستات نگاه خوبی بنداز.
۳. به حالت پروانه‌ایت بخواب و چشماتو ببند. از خودت این سوالارو بپرس:
- تو کی هستی؟ (توی دنیایی که میخوای بری)
- چند سالته؟ (سن DRات)
و حالا مونده به کدوم دنیا میخوای بری سؤالای مربوط به اون دنیا رو بپرس مثلا برای هری پاتر‌ از خودت بپرس
- توی کدوم گروه هستی؟
یا برای دنیای بانگو که من میرم از خودت بپرس
- موهبتت‌‌ چیه؟
و اینطوری :> در مورد شخصیتت سوال بپرس.
۴. از ۰ تا ۱۰۰ بشمار و در بین از ۱۰ تا شمارش affirmations بگو مثلا رسیدی به ۱۰ بگو
“من دارم شیفت میکنم.”
به ۲۰ رسیدی بگو
“من با این متود دارم شیفت میکنم”
به ۳۰ رسیدی بگو
“من کم موندم برسم به دنیایی که میخوام”
و اینطوری ادامه بده تا مغزت قانع شه که داری شیفت میکنی.
۵. هر موقع احساس خوارش یا چیزی کردی بدون که داره کار میکنه (بزار ادامه شو هم بگم 😭)

۶. بعد به مدتی میتونی احساس کنی روحت از بدنت داره یجورایی جدا میشه… احساس میکنی بدنت هیچ حسی نداره و داری پرواز میکنی. زمانی که به این مرحله رسیدی میخوام از خودت بپرسی که
“دارم خواب میبینم؟”
بعد میخوام توی ذهنت، دستاتتو تصور کنی. اگه دیدی توی ذهنت تعداد انگشتاتو نمیتونی بشماری و برات سخته، پس یعنی داره کار میکنه.
۷. زمانی که کم کم داری میخوابی، میخوام خودتو توی یه اتاق تصور کنی و یکم راه بری. میخوام از خودت بپرسی که “دارم خواب میبینم؟” و یکم راه بری. بعد اگه دیدی اره داری خواب میبینی،
تصور کن که داری یک دری رو برای دنیایی که میخوای بری توش باز میکنی. تصور کن که خودت اون در رو کشیدی. (در نظر بگیر که توی خوابت زیاد خوشحال نشو باعث میشه تمرکزت از دست بره-)
تصور کن که داری یه در میکشی به دنیایی که میخوای.
به خودت هعی بگو
“دارم میرم DRام.”
اونقدر اینو بگو تا در رو کامل کشیدی و از توش رفتی و رسیدی دنیایی که میخوای :) به همین راحتی.
