Flins banner starts during September 30. He’s available until October 21. Genshin will give us the first 10 pulls during September 28. Which means I’ll have 19 wishes in total if we assume I won’t farm till then. THEN they’ll give the other 10 wishes on October 1 which means I’ll have 29 pulls assuming I won’t farm. Which means I’ll get Flins. Which means I need to farm for his weapon if I want his weapon .
