But I got super inspired by Qiuyuan from wuwa and Capitano from Genshin (little bit of Ayato too)… he wears a mask because his actual face is distorted much like a shadow. His weapon is a lantern and I kinda wanna make his weapon to be in a way that it absorbs shadow monsters??? Or his universe has shadow anomalies and hes secretly a prince and is in charge of containing these anomalies but i suppose from the amount of shadows he’s caught, it’s probably the reason why his face is like that
