💬  በመጀመሪያ አብዛኞቹ ከላይ የምትመለከቷቸው courses  የ ማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ትምህርቶች ሲሆኑ ነገር ግን በ አዲሱ የ MOE curriculum መሰረት ለ ተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ተማሪዎችም አስፈላጊ ሁነው በመገኘታቸው እንዲወሰዱ ይደረጋል። እስኪ ትንሽ ስለ coursoch አጭር ማብራሪያ እንይ።

💬 ይህ ትምህርት ሙሉ ትኩረቱን የሚያደርገው በ ዓለም አቀፍ ግንኙነቶች ላይ ነው። ይህም ማለት ግለሰቦች ፣ ሀገራት ፣ መንግስታዊ ያልሆኑ ተቋማት፣ እርስ በ እርስ የሚያደርጉትን ግንኙነት አንድ በ አንድ ይመረምራል ያጠናልም ። ያ ግንኙነት ታዲያ በጦርነት ፣ በ ዲፕሎማሲ እና በተለያዩ ጉዳዮች ሊሆን ይችላል ። በ ዓለም አቀፍ ግንኙነቶች ላይ የሚሳተፉት ተሳታፊዎች Actors ይባላሉ። In Ancient time በ ዓለም አቀፍ ግንኙነቶች (international relation)  የሚሳተፉ  ሀገራት(States ) ብቻ ናቸው ተብሎ ይታሰብ ነበር።  ከዚ ጋር ማስተዋል ያለብን ይህ ትምህርት Domestic ወይም በ አንዲት ሀገር ውስጥ ብቻ ፤ ደንበር ያልዘለለ ግንኙነቶችን ሳይሆን across boarder ነው የሚያጠና።

📚 Entrepreneurship.

💬 ይህ ትምህርት በአሁን ስሀት እንኳንም ተማርሁት የሚያሰኝ ኮርስ ነው.......። ዓላማውም ተማሪዎች ተመርቀው ወጠው መንግስትን እና መንግስታዊ ያልሆኑ ድርጅቶችን እጅ ከሚያዩ በራሳቸው ስራወችን ፈጥረው Self Employment mindset እንዲኖራቸው ማድረግ ነው። ለዚህም እንዴት አንድ ሰው Entrepreneur መሆን እንደሚችል ፣ የ Entrepreneur ክህሎቶችን ፣ የ ቢዝነስ አይነቶችን፣ Risks በ አጠቃላይ  በ Entrepreneurship እና በሱ ዙሪያ ስላሉ ነገሮች ያጠናል። 

📚 Anthropology !

💬 Anthropology ደግሞ የሚያጠነጥነው በ ሰው ልጅ ላይ ነው። የሰው ልጅ በምድር ላይ ከመጀመሪያው ከታየበት ጊዜ አንስቶ አሁን እስካለው የእድገት ደረጃ ድረስ የሰውን ልጅ በቡድን በንፅፅር የሚያጸና ሰፊ ሳይንሳዊ ትምህርት ነው። ስለ ሰው ልጅ Biological እና Cultural ነገሮችን ልቅም አርጎ ያጠናል። የሰውን ልጅ ቋንቋቸውን፣ ባህላቸውን ፣ የ አኗኗር ዘይቤያቸውን ፣መገኛቸው፣ እድገታቸው፣ ወቅታዊ ልዩነቶች ና ስለ ማህበራዊ ሂወታቸው ይዳስሳል ። በቃ Anthropology የሰው ልጅ ባለበት ሁሉ አለ። wherever and whenever they have been found. ታዲያ ልብ ማለት ያለብን Anthropology በ ገጠር ውስጥ ስላለው ብቻ ሳይሆን በ ከተማ ውስጥም ስላለው እውነታ ይመረምራል እና ይህ ትምህርት ስለ ሰው ልጅ  ባህል ያጠናል እንጂ ይህ ትክክለኛ ባህል ነው ይህ ደግሞ መጥፎ ነው የ ሚሉ judgements አይሰጥም .....ማጥናት ብቻ ነው።

📚 Inclusiveness !

💬 ከስሙ እንደምንረዳው ይህ ትምህርት ሁሉንም ሰው አካታች የሆነ ማጠቃለል የሚባል Concept ላይ ያተኩራል። ማጠቃለል ወይም Include ማድረግ ማለት የሆነ ግለሰብ ወይም Group በ ሆነ ምክንያት Maybe አካል ጉዳተኛ ስለሆነ .... ከ ማህበረሰቡ ተገሏል እሱን  Normals ከሚባሉት ማህበረሰብ ጋር ማገናኘት ነው። ለዚህም Special needs Education ይጠቀማል። Special needs Education ማለት የ ተለየ ድጋፍ ለሚፈልጉ Like, People with disabilities ,Talented children etc... የሚሰጥ በ ልዩ ሁኔታ የ ተቀረጸ የ ትምህርት Curriculum ነው።

የዚህ ኮርስ አላማ የተማሪዎችን ዕውቀት፣ ክህሎት እና አመለካከት በማዳበር ተገቢ አገልግሎቶችን፣ መሳሪያዎችን እና ምቹ የ ሆነ inclusive environment ለመፍጠር የሚያግዙ ስልቶችን ማዳበር ነው።

📚 Emerging technology !

💬 Emerging technology የሚያጠናው አሁን ላይ እየወጡ እና እያደጉ ያሉ እንዲሁም ወደፊት ሊፈጠሩ ስለሚችሉ የ ቴክኖሎጂ ውጤቶች ላይ ነው ። Emerging technology የሚለው ቃልም  አዲስ ቴክኖሎጂን ለመግለፅ ያገለግላል ፣ነገር ግን የነባር ቴክኖሎጂን ቀጣይ እድገትንም ሊያመለክት ይችላል ። ትምህርቱም past ላይ ስለነበሩ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ፣የ  ኢንዱስትሪ አብዮቶችን ያስቃኛል ። ይሁን እንጂ ሙሉ ትኩረቱ አሁን እያደጉ ያሉ እንዲሁም በ 5 እና 10 ዓመት ውስጥ  ወደፊት ሊፈጠሩ ስለሚችሉ የ ቴክኖሎጂ ውጤቶች ላይ ነው።

Technology ለምትገቡ ተማሪዎች እንደ መነሻ ያገለግላችኋል።

የ45 ትምህርት ቤቶች መምህራን ሥራ አቆሙ

በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ሐዲያ ዞን ምሥራቅ ባድዋቾ ወረዳ፣ ለተከታታይ ሦስት ወራት ደመወዝ እንዳልተከፈላቸው የገለጹ ከ1,600 በላይ የ45 ትምህርት ቤቶች መምህራን፣ ሥራ ማቆማቸውን አስታወቁ።

አማራጭ ገቢ እንደሌላቸው የገለጹት መምህራኑ፣ ቤተሰቦቻቸውን ማስተዳደር እንደተሳናቸውና ለረኀብ እንደተጋለጡ አመልክተዋል። በወረዳውም፣ የ2016 ዓ.ም. የትምህርት መርሐ ግብር እስከ አሁን እንዳልተጀመረ፣ መምህራኑ አክለው ተናግረዋል።

የሐዲያ ዞን ትምህርት መምሪያ፣ መምህራኑ ለተከታታይ ወራት ደመወዝ እንዳልተከፈላቸው አምነው፣ ችግሩ በበጀት እጥረት እንደተፈጠረና ለመፍታትም ጥረት እየተደረገ እንደኾነ አስታውቀዋል።
