When faced with any stress, or dilemma, or general cause of angst, instead of diverting your mind from the problem ask one question; what is the worst that can happen? I guarantee the worst case scenario is not as dramatic as the vague sense of doom from poorly comprehended woes. It’s certainly no worse than suffering twice for the same problem, in your mind and when it inflicts itself upon you in reality.
