Some sort of horribly torturous limbo? Rereading the instructions, apparently while reading the document that is when Ralph exists. One would seek to equate the existence of Ralph to that of Mr Meeseeks, yet in its entirety not all of us are entirely certain of the Meeseeks life cycle.

This must be some sort of futile and torturous exercise, by a way of poor grammar and punctuation they are excruciating the reader's mind. If Ralph exists as a concept and you do not stop thinking about the concept of Ralph, surely Ralph will continue to exist but only in our minds. It doesn't explicitly say that once you stop reading, it only says once you stop. Presumably, that means once you stop perpetuating the concept of Ralph's existence....
