This was a premeditated attack against Lebanon, and also a test run of how effective this type of attack could be.
With the missing Wyoming rail shipment, it could be planted anywhere, detonated and be blamed on anything, even a tactical nuke. And blamed on anyone.

Fact is, it is still the West who is colonising and controlling central and Eastern Europe, by triggering coups in Georgia and Ukraine, with an attempted coup in Belarus not too long ago, and the ever expanding and undermining actions by NATO.
What positive things has the West done for Africa the past few decades apart from continued conflict, terrorism, coups, civil unrest and the stealing of resources?
