the guy is dead and this is just old foreign politics now so I might as well put my degree to good use and tell you a story
Berlusconi was fucking wild (i am not talking about his actual policies or anything, just about the character/aura/vibes and why people loved AND hated him),
you can literally just look up any of his public speaking events and you will find at least one instance of him saying something quotable (for better or worse, the guy did and said some HORRIBLE stuff pretty often)
this was his answer to people on the left criticizing him for being incompetent/being a landlord that was in their opinion only trying to help the rich pay less taxes:

again just to be clear: i am not posting this to support the guy in any way, shape or form (he is literally dead and this is, again, foreign politics to basically anyone here), i just want to give some context to what was one of the first examples of "politics treated as a show in the age of tv and media"

no windows, the hardware just works for me and it is extremely power efficent and i can run commercial software without having to spend 20 minutes every time to find how to configure wine or proton or whatever the fuck, it's great

i used to be a hackintosh user before apple silicon because i could not justify spending money for a real mac since the hardware was simply not worth the money
i was into modding thinkpads and installing cpu, gpu and screen mods to turn them into a cheap mac alternative back then
this all stopped when the m1 macbooks came out because they were so good quality/price wise it made no sense to keep doing that anymore for me
i don't think these computers are for everyone but if they are for you and fit your use case they are some of the best machines money can buy, this is not me trying to say "oh haha this machine is better than yours", idc i don't have or want to prove anything to anyone i am just giving my opinion based on my personal experience ofc

one is a project that's been in my drafts for a while now that is finally now an actual real thing thanks to bambu helping me with it
the other one is a "bonus" shorter one about something that i posted about on my social media and made a lot of you curious
so yeah as always stay tuned i am working on stuff, probably going to upload some wip stuff on patreon too as always

i was disassembling some stuff recording some footage for the next video and youtube on my smart tv ended up auto-playing the deus ex video by hbomberguy that actually got me to play the first game for the first time in 2022 and i ended up rewatching it in its entirety in one sitting

so instead of doing that here's a snapshot from the next video WHICH INVOLVES A CAMERA!!! that is there pictured focusing on my eye
as you can see i still exist as a human being and have not yet managed to upload my consciousness into some GLaDOS like contraption
not gonna give you a precise ETA on this but as I said this is one of two projects that should come out in December so yeah :3 thanks again for all the support and everything as always
