their own rules say that badly timed segments that degrade the viewer experience should not be submitted btw this is weird as fuck

this might be just me but i think that when, in your extension, you end up allowing marking ad segments that are shorter than a second (sometimes having your browser buffer for 5 seconds each btw) just to skip the single word mention of a brand that yes sponsored the video but also literally manufactured the tool that is being used in the video NOT IN AN AD READ but to... do something as part of said video...

maybe something is wrong with that idk maybe users are better off not using the extension and skipping the sponsored segments manually if they want, just saying

there clearly has been some miscommunication here so i also want to report from their side too since i don't hate anyone or want to harass anyone

last post that i make about sponsorblock but my takeaway from apparently involontarily causing a drama (i am sorry to the team for that i just tagged them because i thought this was genuinely an abuse/targeted not having ever seen it before and not their system working as intended) is that the default settings of the extension auto-skipping SINGLE WORD submissions making some videos where some submitters are excessively petty basically unwatchable

the default settings being annoying and actively damaging to the viewing experience like this unfortunately would refrain me from suggesting its use to anyone that is not tech savy and does not know how to disable autoskips etc but also in general even if you are tech savy you could maybe reconsider if you want to use it because of this, idk, up to you

youtube has a built in skip feature too based on commonly skipped segments from their internal analytics data now, soooo yeah idk maybe consider that

despite having free healthcare in my country for some reason this is very very restricted when it comes to dental care, so if you have to do something like reconstructing a tooth in 90% of the cases you have to pay out of pocket or you are SOL (that is happening to me right now and it is quite expensive)

this is common in a lot of european countries and i personally think we should extend our healthcare system to cover for this too, i know a lot of (especially 50-60+) people who simply can't afford dental care and are stuck with several missing teeth

same goes for eyeglasses however i see the government here is now giving people free coupons to get them, which is a step in the right direction
