First of all, we would like to apologize for the issues that you are currently experiencing. This is not representative of the quality we want to showcase, and not the quality you deserve. We will be looking into preventing such future issues as much as we can.

➡️ Issue 1: 'You cannot log into the game even if you are invited' This was an issue happening for a small number of players from DAOs and Guilds only due to missing opt-in on the sign-up survey. We shared a solution to this here: https://t.co/6Mzumhl8Rn

➡️ Issue 2: 'Score may reset during/after completing level 20' We were able to identify what causing the scores to reset. We are working on a fix that can be deployed on the server directly, so you do not have to download the game again.

➡️ What is happening to the Shatterlands Invitational? We have decided to extend the Qualifier by 24 hours, which means the Grand Finals will be happening on Oct. 17 to 18. This will make if a bit fairer to proceed into the Finals as you recoup the time lost.
