Results
The interventions more effective than sham were ✅ priming low-frequency (OR, 4.66; 95% CI, 1.70-12.77), ✅ bilateral (OR, 3.96; 95% CI, 2.37-6.60), ✅ high-frequency (OR, 3.07; 95% CI, 2.24-4.21), ✅ θ-burst stimulation (OR, 2.54; 95% CI, 1.07-6.05), ✅ low-frequency (OR, 2.37; 95% CI, 1.52-3.68)
Novel rTMS interventions (accelerated, synchronized, and deep rTMS) were not more effective than sham.
The estimated relative ranking of treatments suggested that priming low-frequency and bilateral rTMS might be the most efficacious and acceptable interventions among all rTMS strategies. However, results were imprecise and relatively few trials were available for interventions other than low-frequency, high-frequency, and bilateral rTMS.

Interventional Psychiatry: How Should Psychiatric Educators Incorporate Neuromodulation into Training?
روانپزشکی مداخله ای یک فوق تخصص نوظهور است که از روش های گسترده ای از تکنیک های تغییر عصبی (neuromodulation) در چارچوب دیدگاه مبتنی بر مدار الکتریکی بدکارکردی ذهنی به عنوان منشا اختلالات روانی استفاده می کند. نویسندگان توسعه یک مدل آموزش روانپزشکی مداخله ای مشابه آنچه که در مغز و اعصاب و قلب و عروق وجود دارد را پیشنهاد می کنند. استفاده از مدرسین معتبر و تایید شده علاوه بر اینکه توسعه و غنی شدن صحیح و ایمن و رشد موثر حیطه تحریک های مغزی را تسهیل می نماید به صورت بالقوه می تواند اثربخشی درمان های فعلی را نیز بهبود ببخشد.
* استفاده از روش های تحریک مغزی در درمان بیماری های روانپزشکی به صورت گسترده ای در حال رایج شدن هستند. روانپزشکانی که از این روش ها استفاده می کنند با عناوینی نظیر پزشک ECT، ارائه دهنده TMS یا درمانگر جسمی شناخته می شوند. این عناوین نمی توانند وسعت و ماهیت اصلی تحریک مغزی را در بر بگیرند. برای سهولت، اصطلاح -روانپزشک مداخله گر- به کسانی که در این مداخلات فوق تخصصی آموزش و یا تاییدیه دریافت نموده اند پیشنهاد شده و برنامه توسعه مدل های آموزشی برای این فوق تخصص نوپا در کنار پروژه مایلستون روانپزشکی ارائه گردیده است.

🔹استفاده از نوروفیدبک در برخی از اختلالات روانپزشکی به خصوص درباره اختلال بیش فعالی/نقص توجه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. با این حال بسیاری از درمانگران از این روش و سطح اثربخشی آن مطلع نیستند. در این مقاله، سطح اثربخشی نوروفیدبک در چند اختلال روانپزشکی بررسی و همچنین پروتکلهای درمانی خاصی که برای بیش فعالی/نقص توجه موثر نشان داده شدهاند مانند پتانسیل قشر آهسته SCP، نسبت تتا/بتا و ریتم حسی-حرکتی SMR مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.

The use of electroencephalogram neurofeedback has been studied in a number of psychiatric disorders, especially for the treatment of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, many clinicians are not aware of this treatment and the level of evidence supporting its use. In this article, we review the evidence for the efficacy of neurofeedback in several psychiatric disorders and also discuss the specific neurofeedback protocols that have been found effective in the treatment of ADHD, such as slow cortical potential, theta/beta ratio, and sensorimotor rhythm neurofeedback.
