Today, the FIC Year-End Session brought together over 80 participants from investors – FIC Members, government bodies, and partners.
The Council presented its 2025 results, including:
• 16 active Working Groups
• 316 collected initiatives
• 35 convened working group sessions
• 21 initiatives integrated into Presidential Resolution #226
• 8 draft laws under preparation within the Council
• 10 new initiatives as result of Interim session
• 5 strategic initiatives prepared
A highlight of the event was the presentation of a Special topic on «Сomprehensive Assessment of Investment Impacts in Uzbekistan», which was supported by the ADB. This research introduced the Responsible Investment Impact Framework (RIIF) - a key foundation for the upcoming FIC Investment Dashboard, which will enable transparent, multi-dimensional evaluation of FDI’s contribution to Uzbekistan’s development.
During the session, Council members, including the EBRD, ADB, AcwaPower, TBC, Vision Invest, Indorama, EY, Crowe and other partners, delivered substantive remarks, expressing their support for the Council’s activities and highly commending its contribution to improving the investment climate. Participants also shared their practical experience of cooperation and their own stories of working in Uzbekistan, highlighting the importance of dialogue and joint initiatives within FIC.

Bugun FIC’ning yakuniy sessiyasi (Year-End Session) investorlar — FIC a’zolari, davlat organlari va hamkorlarni o‘z ichiga olgan holda 80 nafardan ortiq ishtirokchini birlashtirdi.
Kengash 2025 yil yakunlari bo‘yicha o‘z faoliyati natijalarini taqdim etdi, jumladan:
• 16 ta faol ishchi guruh
• 316 ta yig‘ilgan tashabbus
• 35 ta o‘tkazilgan ishchi guruh yig‘ilishi
• Prezidentning 226-son qaroriga integratsiya qilingan 21 ta tashabbus
• Kengash doirasida tayyorlanayotgan 8 ta qonun loyihasi
• Oraliq sessiya yakunlari bo‘yicha shakillantirilgan 10 ta yangi tashabbus
• 5 ta tayyorlangan strategik tashabbus
Tadbirning muhim voqealaridan biri Osiyo Taraqqiyot Banki (OTB) ko‘magida taqdim etilgan «O‘zbekistonda investitsiyalarning ta’sirini kompleks baholash» maxsus mavzusining namoyishi bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot doirasida Mas’ul investitsiyalarning ta’sirini baholash tizimi (Responsible Investment Impact Framework, RIIF) taqdim etildi. Ushbu tizim kelgusida yaratiladigan FIC Investitsiya paneli (Investment Dashboard) uchun muhim asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi hamda to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalarning O‘zbekiston rivojiga qo‘shayotgan hissasini shaffof va ko‘p o‘lchovli tarzda baholash imkonini beradi.

Ключевым событием мероприятия стало представление специальной темы «Комплексная оценка инвестиционного воздействия в Узбекистане», реализованной при поддержке Азиатского банка развития (АБР). В рамках исследования была представлена Рамка оценки ответственного инвестиционного воздействия (Responsible Investment Impact Framework, RIIF), которая станет основой для будущей Инвестиционной панели FIC (Investment Dashboard). Она обеспечит прозрачную и многомерную оценку вклада прямых иностранных инвестиций в развитие Узбекистана.
В ходе сессии члены Совета, включая ЕБРР, АБР, ACWA Power, TBC, Vision Invest, Indorama, EY, Crowe и других партнёров, выступили с содержательными заявлениями, выразив поддержку деятельности Совета и высоко оценив его вклад в улучшение инвестиционного климата. Участники также поделились практическим опытом сотрудничества и своими историями работы в Узбекистане, подчеркнув важность диалога и совместных инициатив в рамках FIC.

Weekly Highlights of the Foreign Investors Council
This week, the Secretariat continued its active efforts to advance investor initiatives and strengthen cooperation with key experts and organizations.
Meetings and engagements during the week included representatives of IHG, ISRATEAM, Mangold Consulting and Solward.
A key event of the week was the FIC 2025 Year-End Session: Review and Vision for 2026, which provided an opportunity to reflect on the year’s achievements and outline priorities for the year ahead.
The Foreign Investors Council remains committed to open dialogue and supports the implementation of effective reforms, helping to create a stable and transparent investment environment in Uzbekistan.

Joriy hafta davomida Kotibiyat investorlar tashabbuslarini ilgari surish va asosiy ekspertlar hamda tashkilotlar bilan hamkorlikni mustahkamlash bo‘yicha faol ishlarni davom ettirdi. Hafta davomida IHG, ISRATEAM, Mangold Consulting va Solward vakillari bilan uchrashuvlar va ishchi muloqotlar bo‘lib o‘tdi.
