Why and how to use FindFlow. A web app built for the telegram self improvement community
Important bot update

To use the bot you have to connect your account in the web app settings page (www.findflow.one) or login with your telegram account.

This is because it looked like some users were having difficulty finding their username.

Now it looks you up automatically as long as you have linked your account so it's way easier to use.

If you want to have a go check out @findflowbot
Some users have asked a good question of why we don't provide an APK or app store app for FindFlow.

The reason is because this requires maintenance of multiple codebases for no real benefits. Web technology provides great functionality to provide this SAAS platform and allows us to be far more agile.

This is some of the same reasons Gab.com only provide the web interface

If you want to support the project you can share this
It would be useful to have a pattern reset button.

This world be useful to reset my records for time when I want a clean slate, restart tracking etc.

New feature: Reset patterns

We now have the ability to reset patterns, this is good for giving yourself a clean slate.

There are two methods to achieve this:

1): go to @findflowbot and run the /reset command and simply select the pattern (you need to have linked your telegram account at findflow.one for this)

2) go to findflow.one/dashboard/settings and select the pattern from the list.

Go out there and get a clean slate flowbros, leaderboards should be up soon...

Great way to end the day
It's awesome some users have been trying to use the bot recently.

It's super important to remember that you have to create an account at FindFlow.one and either login with telegram or link and existing account with telegram in the settings on FindFlow web app.

After that you have full access to all the features, including daily mission, daily checklist, reports and more.

Each Sunday I'll be posting the table of weekly growth leaderboards, so be sure to get started free at www.findflow.one
New Feature

A user said they were having trouble remembering to log into the app to tick off their daily tasks.

This was a great suggestion, so I added in a schedule reminder to the telegram bot.

This allows you to set a time when you want to be reminded to perform your daily checklist.

Every night at 930pm I receive a message to perform my daily checklist, one less thing to think about...

Even has timezones included for all the frens down in Antarctica 😏

As always, once you link your www.findflow.one account with telegram & create some patterns, you're ready to use all the bots features
Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to all the new subscribers, I'm incredibly appreciative.

I'm working hard to make this app the best tool for personal growth here on telegram, as such the @findflowbot is a great way to manage your daily habits.

You can complete, reset, check and much more with the bot.

There is now a page in the website to display all the ways you can leverage the bot for maximum utility, you can find out more at findflow.one/telegram-bot

Thanks again 🙏🙏

Been a stellar start to the week, keep those combos up guys 💪

It's important to note that FindFlow isn't about comparing how much you're doing something, eg I ran 10kms today/you ran 5. But wether you're doing what you planned to do, eg I completed my run and so did you 🤝

This is the report feature of the bot which I'd like to build out further, to do so I need your help.

What sort of things would you like to see? We could do, tick icons 🔺🔻 up or down to show where you've moved on the ladder relative to previous week. Include what sort of things people are working on. We could have leader boards for specific patterns, eg who stuck to their meditation schedule, we can also filter this by specific groups and so much more.

The best way to do this is to workout what works and build it out, that's why I'm starting with the simple weekly report

As always the best way to support us is by using the app, or giving us a share, we're 100% free and committed to providing the best tools for your growth.
Thanks so much for the 250 subs guys, absolutely amazing stuff.

Look forward to making this app even better, so you can all reach your own milestones, more quickly, with more motivation, more visualisation and more coopetition.

💪🙏
This is an excellent post from solbrah, basically it's about how we need to get off the apps and our phone, I totally agree.

Early on in development a friend asked me about making a self improvement app and how it contradicts the idea that people spend too much time on their devices.

I disagree, the goal of this tool is to motivate and inspire you to pursue things in real life. Only reporting for a short period daily as necessary.

I use the app once a day for five minutes, to record how I went and to satisfy my curiosity how others are progressing.

The goal is to be an app that gets you off the apps.

Mentally reward yourself for completing a habit. This will release dopamine which is your primary motivator in life, this dopamine release will help cement that habit in place.
