He is a professional soldier, 1st class sergeant, served in the Swedish army for 20 years.
After leaving the army, he started a business related to the security of companies and individuals.
He has a helicopter license.
Owns two companies based in Sweden: Jvm Marin AB and Jvm-securityevents.
From Stockholm, he tried to contact the military to help join the International Legion. But he did not receive an answer.
He then went to Ukraine in March/April 2022, but say he was unable to join the International Legion due to "the exotic nature of his specialty, helicopter pilot".
Now he works as an instructor and crowd-funder, driving around all over Ukraine to deliver equipment and provide of his "expertise".
Been back and forth close to 30 times.
