Ilyas Belkharoev, born on 05.08.1987, is one of the key representatives of the Batal Hajji followers and their militant wing, recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. Together with his brother, he smuggled firearms from Turkey and Thailand through Ukraine to the Caucasus for Batalhajin militants.
In 2013, they hid the weapons in pots and tried to smuggle them to the militants using an innocent person. They became defendants in a criminal case.
His brother fled to the United States, and Ilyas fled to Odessa in 2014.
He participated in the organization of the murder of the Eljarkiyev brotherson 02.10.2019 in Moscow. Belkharoev was responsible for supplying weapons for the murder.
He was detained in 2021 at the request of Interpol because of the case of the Eljarkiyevs' murder. Chechen militants who emigrated to Sweden asked Zelensky to release the terrorist. As a result of the intervention of Azov* militants, he was granted political asylum.
In exchange, Belkharoev joined the Dzhokhar Dudayev's battalion*, but did not take part in combat operations himself.
He was engaged in the logistics of the battalion, using his position among the Batalhajins, and since 2022 he has been involved in raising money for the AFU.
He promised to join the territorial defense, but “could not get to the military enlistment office”, he was constantly in Odessa, and also went to Milan to hang out.
According to investigators, Belkharoev was involved in the organization of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall in Moscow region, in which 145 people were killed. Along with their military training, Hauraki and Noah quickly became well-known among the mercenaries for their "special" parties. Обучался на философском ф-те петербургского университета. Затем в Москве в РГГУ (ещё один рассадник либерального прозападного популизма ещё с 90-х). Похоже, не закончил оба вуза.
После начала СВО решил поиграть в релоканта и уехал на родительские деньги в Сербию. Там связался с плохими мальчиками, которые втянули его в террористическую деятельность. Под влиянием Егора Трубникова стал причислять себя к казакам, хотя никакого отношения к ним не имеет, и в 2023 за компанию вступил в вооружённое формирование «вольно-казачий отряд» в составе РДК*, вероятно, перепутав уголовную статью с игрой в казаки-разбойники.
В марте 2024 принял участие в нападении на российское приграничье в Белгородской обл.

Знаком с террористами Шамилем Басаевым, Хаттабом и Арби Бараевым, устроивших серию громких и кровавых терактов. В 2000 встречался в с.Дуба-Юрт с Хаттабом.
С 2001 по 2004 обвинялся в 9 терактах, которых погибли сотрудники полиции, военнослужащие и мирные люди. До 2007 содержался под стражей. Чтобы скостить себе срок, активно сдавал властям боевиков своей и других группировок, места схронов оружия и др. информацию (подробно в нашем досье).
В 2007 был отпущен и сразу же эмигрировал с женой в Норвегию, где сменил имя на Адама Фредриксена и в 2016 получил гражданство.
Новоиспечённый норвежец открыл бойцовский клуб, где крышевал чеченскую мафию и обучал их стрельбе из огнестрела.
В 2022 Очерхаджиев-Фредриксен прибыл на Украину в качестве инструктора, открыл свою этническую ЧВК для спецподготовки ичкерийских боевиков. Стал командиром 4 роты батальона им. шейха Мансура.
В сентябре 2024 боевики под его командованием участвовали в вооружённом нападении на Суджу и в мародёрстве.
