Over the past few months i have been working closely with some awesome souls to help them establish better daily routines in their lives.
Why may you ask?
When you observe some of the most successful people that have walked this earth, weather that’s in business, health, or spiritual masters. They have many things in common. One of those being a solid foundation. A structured routine.
They conduct the same productive habits each day for many years which has led them to become masters in their field.
We are an accumulation of the actions within our routines. What we do when we open our eyes at sunrise till the moment we close them for sleep. You often find a correlation between the success of an individual and what that individual finds themselves doing during their day.
Usually, someone with no routine struggles. They feel a sense of uncertainty. Unbalance. Highly emotional. Energetically drained. Unproductive and lost. Whereas, the person with a strong and healthy daily routine finds themselves thriving in their work, relationships, finances and so much more.
I’ve spent many years figuring out how to build healthy routines to improve confidence, health, relationships, emotional intelligence and abundance.
I just want to share this with people willing to listen, learn and make change!

Start incorporating activities at the start, during, and at the end of your day that builds a solid foundation.
Most people are stuck in negative habit loops - habits that move you away from health, relationships, wealth and love.

Start building your character by building your habits by mastering your thoughts.
Ask yourself, what am i dedicating my time and effort to? Am i truly happy? Do i know what i want? What is my service? These are vital questions to inquire about in order to start building the best daily routines and habits that move you towards the desired goals.
I struggled with negative habit loops for many years. I used these habits to comfort me and distract me from the reality i was living. Until i read a quote by Charlie Munger:
“The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they’re too strong to be broken”
This single quote altered my perspective & i quickly realised i was on a road to pain and misery.
I worked on myself by understanding habits, working my subconscious, and acting on my knowledge to achieve stronger daily habits that vitalised my health (stopped my heart burn & lost weight), enhanced my wealth, and strengthened my relationships!
I’m now working closely with people to help establish the same in their own lives!

A lot of energy during this time - important to stay rooted and focused. Great time to go within, reflect, and observe.
