Update on hearing - I submitted a notice of motion and affidavit for my reasons why I required to hear the matter via AVL. The reasoning was rejected by the NSW IRC. The claim proceeded without me yesterday. I was also told I would not be allowed to listen to the claim. No update from the NSW IRC yet.
