DigiFinex Global is owned and operated by Kiana Shek. Kiana received her degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has publicly supported the Chinese Communist Party. Her ties to the CCP come from her time as a GM at Baidu Inc. -- located in Mainland China.

The CEO of INFINEX -- Jean-Louis ALSO owns TETHER - which is a stable coin behind the US Dollar Token (USDT) which Tether is located in Hong Kong.
