The Russian SG-4, led by Lt. Colonel Sergei Evanov, returns ahead of schedule. They bring back from P3X-367 a sickly man named Alebran, who informs Colonel Jack O'Neill that Nirrti is experimenting on his people. Apparently, she is not using eugenics (selective breeding) anymore, but a machine that can alter DNA in real-time, hoping to engineer a Hok'tar.
Think SG-1 "Ancient" DNA sequence editor that follows a specific kind of language governed by 369 and is 12 dimensional math. The technology is very real as is 369 and this technology is why MJ12 emphasizes the power of 369 because this DNA operating system (!mRNA) is changeable through epigenetics (Dr.BL).

FBI Affidavit explaining how they ended up recovering ransomware bitcoins was released.
The FBI watched the suspects try to launder the bitcoin through different addresses until the bitcoin landed on an exchange (the redacted section is the name of the exchange that the hackers used).
From there, the FBI simply contacted the exchange and asked for the private key to the coins.
