I lived in Sweden for four years, in the city of Orebro back in the late 1990's and early 2000's. I enjoyed it, but started seeing the cracks emerge within their society. It was so important for them to be at the forefront of helping migrants, but it quickly got out of control. Crime increased dramatically in the short period of time I was there. However it was "inappropriate" to discuss these issues as you were quickly considered insensitive or racist. Sad but now it is so much worse. I see pockets of this happening over here now.
